Service Description

A classic chicken marsala is the star of this cooking class. Kim's Cooking Creations will teach you the techniques needed to create flawless Italian fare- dishes that you can easily recreate at your next dinner party. To start, we will prepare a beautiful presented caprese salad. Then you will learn how to cook a sumptuous chicken marsala, grilled zucchini and retro garlic bread. For dessert we will learn to make a delicious tiramisu mousse. All equipment and ingredients are included. This class is good for an individual, a group, beginners and learning Italian dishes.
