Service Description
In this baking class we will learn how to put together a dough recipe called Pate a Choux. It is a tender, hollow shell. This dough will be used to help make the cream puffs that holds the pastry cream. We will also learn how to make the delicious filling, pastry cream. You will learn to assemble them and take home for your family to enjoy! All equipment and ingredients are included.
