Great American Cream & Meringue Pies

Do you and your family love the velvety dreamy creamy pies you see in great diners and restaurants, but shy away from making them because they look too complicated, fancy or time consuming? Do you want to up your pie game and master these great American Pie classics? Sign up for our new course to do exactly that. We will be making a Banana Cream Pie and a Lemon Meringue Pie. You will learn to make a homemade pie crust and blind bake it and then make the fillings for both of these delicious pies. You will take one of each home to enjoy with your family and try some samples here in class that evening as well. All ingredients and equipment will be included and there is limited seating for this hands on class.
