Service Description

Lemon curd can be intimidating, but once you've made it through once, you will be ready to make it again and again. In this class we will be making a shortbread crust dough, then fill it with a batch of lemon curd for a delicious lemon tart. It is a lemon-lovers delight! Each student will make and take a 9" tart and bring it home to enjoy with your family. We will taste some in class as well. All ingredients and equipment will be included. Limited seating available.
