Service Description

Love me some cheesecake! In this hands on class you will learn some fail proof techniques and tips for making this creamy goodness. Each student will make a 6" cheesecake and take home at the end of class. This class will teach you the basics and fundamentals of cheesecake making. This recipe is a basic very versatile cheesecake that you are able to change up different toppings. The whip cream topping and berries will be included in this class. We will be discussing all the ways to make different flavor cheesecakes and varieties as well. There will be limited seating. All equipment and ingredients will be included.
