Service Description

Pies are scrumptious and pie crusts are the structure that supports the very important filling! In this class we will be learning how to make all the different types of pie crust. Each student will learn to make a flaky pie crust, shortcrust pie crust, graham cracker pie crust, and a cookie pie crust. We will learn lots of tips and tricks to make a successful pie crust, blind baking tips, when to use what type of crust and so much more. You will take home several types of crust to then take home to fill with your choosing. All equipment and ingredients will be supplied. Limited Seating is available.
