The Art of Salsa Making

Service Description

Come learn the art of salsa making in this hands on class. In this class you will make 4 different types of salsa and also homemade tortilla chips. You will learn how to incorporate ordinary garden ingredients into your daily cooking in a variety of ways. We will be making Pico de Gallo, Classic homemade salsa, mango salsa, and guacamole. We will then sample all 4 salsas with the homemade chips we make in class. Discover the difference of creating your own salsas, from scratch with fresh ingredients! Store bought salsas have preservatives or and are cooked down to prolong shelf-life. You will also learn other ways to utilize the salsas in your cooking. All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Limited Seating.
