In this class we will be preparing a walnut crusted cod, creamed spinach and scalloped potatoes. Come join this class and learn the tips and tricks to making fish taste out of this world! You will learn to never overcook fish again and the secrets to cooking delicate fish. We will also be making lusciously layered scalloped potatoes, layers of thinly sliced potatoes with special seasonings and full bodied creamed spinach all that your family will love! All equipment and ingredients are included. We will sit and eat the meal after fully preparing it in our teaching kitchen. Recipes are included.
